TRESPASSING INCIDENT LEADS TO DRUG CHARGE


(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) - An individual has been charged following a trespassing incident in Simcoe.

On Monday, September 15, 2025, at about 11:54 am, Norfolk County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers responded to a report of a person trespassing at a property on Norfolk Street South in Simcoe.

Upon locating the individual on the premises, officers observed that they were in possession of suspected cocaine.

As a result, 61-year-old Kevin ANDERSON of Norfolk County was arrested and charged with the following alleged offences:

  • Possession of a Schedule I substance - cocaine, - Resist Peace Officer

The accused is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Simcoe on Tuesday, October 28, 2025.
