(BROCKTON, ON) - On September 14, 2025, at approximately 7:47 pm, the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a vehicle fire on B Line south of Highway 21, Municipality of Arran-Elderslie.

Investigation revealed that a blue pick-up truck was involved in a collision and became engulfed in flames. The occupant of the truck fled into the bush, them reemerged to steal another truck of a nearby resident who stopped to assist. The stolen vehicle was last observed travelling northbound at a high rate of speed by a shirtless male with possible burn wounds.

Police are searching for the following outstanding vehicle:
