(MIDDLESEX CENTRE, ON) - Driver facing Impaired driving charge after collision in Middlesex Centre.

On September 5, 2025, at 5:22 pm, members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Middlesex-London Paramedic Service and Middlesex Centre Fire were dispatched to Vanneck Road at Thody Lane in the Municipality of Middlesex Centre, for the report of collision involving two vehicles.

Investigation revealed a pickup truck lost control and collided with a Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV).

There were no injuries reported.

As a result, Harry TERPSTRA, a 56-year-old of London, has been charged under the Criminal Code with:

• Operation while impaired - Alcohol
• Operation while impaired - blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
• Dangerous operation

The accused has been released from police custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice to speak to the charges on October 2, 2025.
