(PEMBROKE, ON.) - The Upper Ottawa Valley (UOV) detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged a driver after a traffic complaint.
On July 13, 2025, just after 9:30 pm, OPP received a traffic complaint in a parking lot on Pembroke St. E. Police located the vehicle. As part of the investigation a standardized field sobriety test was conducted, and the driver was transported to the detachment for further testing.
Austin ROBSON, 22 years old, of Warkworth Cramahae Township was charged with impaired operation as well as dangerous operation.
The accused had their driver’s licence suspended for 90 days and the vehicle was towed and impounded for seven days. They were released to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Pembroke on August 12, 2025.
