Roads Opened

  (MUNICIPALITY OF TRENT HILLS, ON) - The Northumberland Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is investigating a fatal collision involving a passenger vehicle in the area of County Road 25 and County Road 35.

On July 11, 2025, at around 11:20 pm, officers responded to the single vehicle collision along with Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and the Fire Department.

The lone occupant, a 54-year-old male, from the Municipality of Trent Hills, was transported to a local hospital where they were pronounced deceased.

OPP Technical Collision Investigation (TCI) members attended the location to assist with the investigation.

Roads in the area are were closed and reopened shortly after 10:00 am on July 12, 2025.
