Arson Investigation On-Going

(TEMISKAMING SHORES, ON) - The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) begin arson investigation. 

On Thursday, June 19, 2025, at approximately 1:15 pm, the Temiskaming OPP, along with the Temiskaming Shores Fire Department (TSFD) as well as the Temiskaming Emergency Medical Service (EMS) responded to a significant structure fire at a building under renovation located on Lakeshore Road in Temiskaming Shores. 

Emergency crews deployed heavy machinery to assist in extinguishing the blaze, and personnel remained on scene throughout the night to monitor conditions.
