-UPDATE #1- OPP RESPONDING TO MULTI-VEHICLE COLLISION ON LINDSAY ROAD

One Deceased, Investigation Continues

(SELWYN TOWNSHIP, ON) - Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) continue to investigate a fatal multi-vehicle collision that occurred on Lindsay Road in the Township of Selwyn.

On Friday, July 18, 2025, just after 3:30 pm, officers from Peterborough OPP responded to a collision involving two SUVs and a motorcycle. The driver of the motorcycle, a 61-year-old male from Bridgenorth was pronounced deceased at the scene.

The investigation remains ongoing with assistance from the OPP Technical Collision Investigators and Reconstructionist.
