-UPDATE #1- POLICE INVESTIGATING ATTEMPTED BREAK-IN AND MISCHIEF

(ST. CLAIR TOWNSHIP, ON) - On August 3, 2025, the Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of an attempted break and enter and mischief at a residence on Courtright Line, near Greenfield Road, in the community of Courtright, St. Clair Township.

As a result of the investigation, Jessica BABO, 39-year-old of St. Clair Township was arrested and charged under the Criminal Code with the following offences:

• Mischief - destroys or damages property
• Break, enter a dwelling house with intent to commit indictable offence

The accused was release from police custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Sarnia on October 6, 2025.
