-UPDATE #1- PONTOON BOAT AND TRAILER STOLEN FROM LOCAL RESIDENCE

Boat Recovered; No Foul Play Involved

(LAURENTIAN VALLEY TWP., ON.) - A pontoon boat recently reported stolen to the Upper Ottawa Valley (UOV) Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has been located.

The pontoon boat, motor and trailer were reported stolen from a residence in Laurentian Valley Township by the owner on June 11, 2025. No foul play was involved, and the boat was found to be in the possession of an acquaintance of the owner and due to miscommunication, it was mistakenly reported as stolen.
