-UPDATE #1- SERIOUS COLLISION IN GREY HIGHLANDS ACTIVATED OPP INVESTIGATION
Non-Life-Threatening Injuries - Roads Reopened
(GREY-BRUCE, ON) - The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is investigating a serious collision on Grey Road 40 in Grey Highlands.
On Sunday, July 6, 2025, at approximately 10:45 am, officers from the Grey Bruce Detachment of the OPP responded to a collision at the intersection of Grey Road 40 and Grey Road 7 involving a car and an SUV.
As a result, three vehicle occupants were transported to hospital with minor and serious injuries, one of which was airlifted to a London hospital.
Grey Highlands Fire and Emergency Services, Grey County Paramedic Services, Ornge air ambulance and OPP Technical Collision Investigators and Reconstructionist assisted Grey Bruce OPP with the incident.
Injuries have been deemed non-life-threatening. Roads have since been reopened.
