-UPDATE #2- COLLINGWOOD OPP LOOKING TO IDENTIFY A PERSON

Charges laid

(Collingwood, ON) Officers from the Collingwood and The Blue Mountains detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have now charged a male party in relation to an incident in the Town of Collingwood.

The incident took place on the afternoon of August 4th 2025 at a private property on White Street in Collingwood where a male party was captured on surveillance video trespassing onto private property. The male party is then observed committing indecent acts in the vicinity of a private dwelling and eventually leaves the property.

As a result of the investigation, members of the Collingwood OPP Crime Unit have now charged a 69-year-old male from Collingwood with two counts of indecent acts. He is to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Collingwood on September 9th, 2025.
