Confirmed Fatal Collision
(GREENSTONE, ON) - The Greenstone Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is continuing to investigate a two-vehicle collision along Highway 11 near Kenogamisis Lake Road.
On Wednesday, December 17, 2025, at approximately 6:30 am EST, members of the Greenstone OPP and emergency medical services responded to a serious two-vehicle collision. The serious collision is now confirmed as a fatal collision. The investigation by the Greenstone OPP is continuing, with assistance from the OPP Traffic Incident Management Enforcement (TIME) team.
