UPDATE-FEDERAL OFFENDER ARRESTED- Jeffrey SPARKS
(Toronto, ON) - The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad would like to advise the public that a Federal Offender who went unlawfully at large on November 7, 2025, has been located and arrested in Toronto.
Jeffrey SPARKS was located and arrested by the Toronto Police Service.
SPARKS is serving 19-year 8 months, and 22-day sentence for:
- Possession of Break in Instruments
- Mischief in Relation to Other Property
- Possession of Property Obtained by Crime-Over $5000
- Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle
- Flight while Pursued by a Peace Officer
- Attempt Indictable Offence
- Break and Enter with Intent to Commit Indictable Offence
- Break and Enter and Commit and indictable Offence
- Theft Under $5000
- Impaired Driving
- Fail to Provide Breath/Blood Sample
- Assault with a Weapon
- Theft of Motor Vehicle
