(CLARENCE-ROCKLAND, ON) - An investigation is underway into an arson which destroyed a vehicle in Clarence-Rockland.

On Sunday, June 15, 2025, just after 4:00 am, officers with the Russell County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a vehicle fire on Belisle Street.

Clarence-Rockland Firefighters were already at the scene when officers arrived.

The investigation has found that incendiary devices were used to ignite the pick-up truck. Two individuals were seen fleeing the scene in two vehicles. One was dressed in a dark hoodie, dark pants and white shoes. The other was wearing a t-shirt with a hood, dark pants and white shoes.
