(MIDDLESEX CENTRE, ON) - Driver charged with Impaired after vehicle leaves roadway and enters ditch.

On August 4, 2025, at 3:01 am, members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Middlesex London Paramedic Service and Middlesex Centre Fire were dispatched to Bodkin Road in the Municipality of Middlesex Centre, for the report of a vehicle that left the roadway and entered the ditch.

The driver was placed under arrest and transported to the Middlesex OPP Detachment.

As a result, Jay NADEAU, a 47-year-old of Komoka has been charged under the Criminal Code with:

• Operation while impaired - blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)

The accused has been released from police custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice to speak to the charges on September 24, 2025.
