WANTED PERSON - POLICE SEEK PUBLIC’S ASSISTANCE

(MOOSONEE, ON) - The James Bay Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is requesting the public’s assistance in locating Seikon Jonah Benjamin SACKANEY, also known by the surnames ECHUM and ECHUM-SACKANEY, who is currently wanted for multiple firearms-related offences.

SACKANEY is a 44-year-old Indigenous male, approximately 5’10” (178 cm) tall, weighing 180 lbs (82 kg), with a medium build. He has straight black medium-length hair, brown eyes, and a brown goatee. Notably, he has a tattoo of animal claw marks on his front torso. The subject is considered violent and is known to carry weapons. He has a history of offences involving violence, firearms, and weapons. His last known address is in Moose Factory, Ontario.
