FORT FRANCES OPP - Last week, the Rainy River District Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) wrapped up a focused warrant enforcement initiative aimed at enhancing community safety.

From September 10th to September 17th, 2025, members of the Community Street Crime Unit (CSCU) joined forces with uniformed officers, the Emergency Response Team (ERT), Canine Unit, and Treaty Three Police Service to execute multiple outstanding warrants throughout the district.

This coordinated operation resulted in the successful execution of 11 warrants and the arrest of several individuals.
