(Orillia, ON) - The Orillia Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is investigating a drive-by shooting that occurred on Eastside Drive in Severn Township.

On October 11, 2025, just after 11:30 pm, officers responded to a report of shots fired at a residence on Eastside Drive. Upon arrival, police located several spent shell casings on the roadway and observed visible bullet holes in the front of the home. Fortunately, no injuries were reported.

Investigators believe this to be an isolated incident and confirm there is no threat to public safety at this time.
