(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) - A youth has been charged in connection with a property damage investigation in Simcoe.

At approximately 8:46 pm on Friday, August 8, 2025, the Norfolk County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a reported dispute on South Drive in Simcoe.

The investigation determined that two individuals were involved in an interaction during which one person caused damage to the exterior of a residence.

As a result, a 15-year-old resident of Norfolk County was arrested and charged with the following alleged offence:

• Mischief - destroys or damages property - four counts

The accused, whose identity is protected under the Youth Criminal Justice Act, is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Simcoe at a later date.
