Requesting Assistance to Identify Person Responsible for Theft of Motor Vehicle and B&E

image of suspect Around 9:30 pm on January 4, 2022, a community member attended a convenience store on Douglas Street in Greater Sudbury. At the time, the community member was driving a 2010 Grey Nissan Versa Note. The community member left the vehicle running and quickly attended the store.

Minutes later the community member returned to the parking lot only to find that the vehicle was gone.

Early this morning, January 5, 2022, the vehicle was located inside a convenience store on Bancroft Drive after an unknown person used the vehicle to commit a Break and Enter.

The Break and Enter took place just after 3:50 am and the unknown person made off with an undisclosed amount of money and various items. Images of the individual are attached. At the time of the incident the individual was wearing all black including a face covering and what appear to be sunglasses.

Anyone with information related to the original incident, the Break and Enter or the individual involved in these incidents is asked to contact Police.
