Officers charge 10 drivers with impaired-related offences over the weekend

Incident #1 At 5:54 a.m. on July 3, 2025, patrol officers observed a motor vehicle on Bloor Street, where it appeared that the driver of the vehicle was sleeping. Officers conducted a traffic stop and had difficulty waking the driver. Officers also observed drug paraphernalia in the vehicle. Officers were eventually able to wake the driver, who showed signs of drug impairment. The driver was arre
