Officers charge 10 drivers with impaired-related offences over the weekend

Incident #1 At 5:54 a.m. on July 3, 2025, patrol officers observed a motor vehicle on Bloor Street, where it appeared that the driver of the vehicle was sleeping. Officers conducted a traffic stop and had difficulty waking the driver. Officers also observed drug paraphernalia in the vehicle.
